3-1. Features

Musashi is an Internet-Email-client software. It is multi-user and multi-account compatible.
And it can

send messages with POP3.
receive messages with SMTP.
handle messages stored on POP server.
manage multiple signatures.
manage hierarchical structured address book.
filter messages.
send attachments with Base64 (including AppleDouble and AppleSingle), BinHex and uuencode.
extract attachments with Base64 (including AppleDouble and AppleSingle), BinHex and uuencode.
search messages by various conditional.
use template messages.
manage folders and messages with drag and drop operations.
select message output encoding.
handle multi-language fonts.
import external messages with plug-in functions.
import external address book with plug-in functions.
export messages with plug-in functions.
export address book with plug-in functions.
customize icons and window colors with module.

3-2. Modules

Musashi reads icons and color table from external resource file that is called Module. You can change icons and colors only by changing current module.
Musashi searches modules from the folder, Modules in Musashi Folder.

3-3. Plug-ins

You will be able to import external messages, import external address book, export messages and export address book with plug-ins. Plug-ins also haldles text encoding for each language.
Musashi reads plug-ins from the folder, Plug-ins in Musashi Folder at start up.
